No advice-giving, no judgment – just deep conversations, good questions, and gentle guidance to help you connect with your own answers. Coaching is all about You – your growth, your clarity, and your next chapter.

Who am I and how can I help you?

Hi there, I’m Rita, a holistic life coach dedicated to helping people like you find peace, heal from stress, and rediscover balance in their lives. I understand how overwhelming life can feel at times – I’ve been there too.

Whether you're dealing with burnout, looking for more balance and inner peace, thinking about a career change, struggling with learning, or longing to reconnect with your creative self, I’m here to support you on your journey.

With a warm, welcoming approach, I believe in creating a safe space for you to feel seen and heard. I offer one-on-one coaching sessions and tailored coaching packages that fit your unique needs, always with the intention of helping you feel empowered, supported, and aligned with your true self.

I primarily focus on four areas, based on my own experience and expertise: stress management and finding inner peace, career building or transitioning, learning mentorship, and artistic fulfillment. These are areas I've personally explored and experienced deeply, which allows me to support my clients with genuine understanding and practical insight.

Of course, these categories often overlap, and many other aspects might connect here as well so feel free to reach out even if you're not exactly sure what’s holding you back or what you'd like to improve. I'm here to help you figure it out.

Career Coaching

Maybe you're considering a career change, feeling unfulfilled in your current role, or sensing that your work no longer reflects who you truly are. You might even be experiencing signs of burnout emotional exhaustion, lack of motivation, or the feeling that something’s missing. You don’t need to have it all figured out just the openness to explore what could feel more aligned. In our sessions, we gently uncover your values, strengths, and deeper desires. We’ll focus on setting meaningful career goals, developing your communication skills, finding better work-life balance, and supporting your professional growth, in a way that feels sustainable and true to you.

Stress Management and Inner Peace Coaching

If stress, overwhelm, or emotional tension have become part of your everyday life, please know that you're not alone, and you don’t have to stay stuck in that cycle. In my stress management coaching sessions, we gently slow things down together. I’ll help you recognize your inner triggers, find practical tools to manage anxiety, and reconnect with your natural calm. This is not about perfection it's about creating space for peace, balance, and emotional well-being. Inner peace isn’t a distant goal, it’s something you can begin to feel, even in the middle of a busy life.

Over the years, working with both children and adults as a language teacher and learning strategies coach, I’ve seen that learning difficulties rarely come from a lack of intelligence. More often, the real challenge comes from low self-confidence, fear of failure, or old beliefs like “I’m just not good at this.”
That’s why in my learning mentorship sessions, we don’t just focus on study tips.
We go deeper. For many, healing the inner child is an important step toward truly believing that learning is possible and success is within reach.
We’ll explore how you learn best and build personalized strategies that feel clear, practical, and even enjoyable. I’m here to help you rebuild trust in yourself, stay motivated, and move past habits like procrastination and perfectionism.

Learning Mentorship

Creativity is not just a talent. It is a way to express yourself, to heal, and to reconnect with who you really are. Whether you are already creating or you feel something is missing and want to find your way back to your artistic side, you are in the right place.
As someone who paints, writes poetry, and works on novels, I understand how deep and sometimes vulnerable the creative process can be.
That is why I offer a safe and supportive space where your ideas, emotions, and unique rhythm are welcome. We gently explore what might be holding you back, like perfectionism, fear of not being good enough, or simply not knowing how to begin.
I’m not here to publish your work or tell you how to create, but to gently support your artistic self-expression so it can grow with more freedom, authenticity, and confidence.

Why do I use the butterfly symbol?
Because to me, it represents transformation and gentle rebirth. Just like a butterfly, every human soul goes through stages of growth. It reminds me that change is not only possible but deeply natural.
